CEO/Director Of Training

Michael John Lowe is the CEO of High Plains Tactical and Consulting LLC.  He graduated with a B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Military Science from East Central University located in Ada, OK.  Immediately graduating college Michael was commissioned as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer. While in the U.S. Army he served in the prestigious 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) operating in the capacity of Rifle Platoon Leader, Support Platoon Leader and Assistant Operations Officer.  Among various military awards and decorations, Michael is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School, Airborne School and Air Assault School.  His operational experience includes military operations in Kosovo as a platoon leader and operations in Iraq as an independent contractor for the Department of Defense.   He has also been involved in the firearms industry since 2004 as a trainer and consultant.  Michael is a U.S. Army certified range officer as well as a certified firearms instructor by the NRA and medical instructor for the American Heart Association.  He is also a graduate of numerous professional training courses.
